Sister, my mother blessed me with your book about eight years ago. When I read it it made sense but also ministered to me. I prayed and followed your guidelines and lost around maybe 18 pounds but I slipped way before I completed my journey. I am a UA-camr now doing weight loss videos aside from my normal videos. I am using the Weigh Down plan once more. I have been doing this weight loss video journey for 2 months eating whatever my taste buds are wanting. I am retraining myself to only eat when hungry and stop when satisfied. With the grace of God I am improving my eating habits. So far within these 2 months I have lost nine pounds as of this morning. I had subscribed to a fellow sister in Christ who also is working toward weight loss. She has been at it for years. She had tried every diet out there and gained so she decided to try the Keto diet and is having some success. Sadly though she and her other friend said through concern that I was dieting wrong and would fail. Many times on my videos I have tried to explain the Weigh Down. I filmed what I would eat when I was hungry. My sister in Christ declares there is no way possible to lose weight with a bunch of carbs and sugars. She has done her “studies”. I have proven the Weigh Down before and I will again. That had hurt what they told me and I ended up ranting about it in one of my videos. Just saying why I was hurt but never once mentioned their name. They knew I was speaking about them and they jumped unto me and unsubscribed with the final word I was acting childish and was still wrong about how I am working on my weight loss. On top of that my sister also does not want to be my friend anymore and in her videos since she purposely mentions and talks about the no no’s of dieting that she knows I do. It hurts so greatly cause I love her and painfully tonight I pulled my own plug and unsubbed her. I was just talking to God tonight about the Weigh Down and how bad I want to prove Him and this plan because I know it works! It is founded on Him! I felt to see if anyone has posted a personal video on their achievement and success through the Weigh Down. Instead I found you and I am so thankful! I need someone to stand by me on this because I am in the den of diet lions who does not believe in the freedom of eating and weight loss. I subbed you because God has used you to be my inspiration. Now I don’t know if you sub people or not but it would tickle me if you did because then I would feel like I have a friend again who will help and pray for me when I struggle. One who would encourage me to keep going and keep on the right path of non-gluttoning and continue putting our wonderful Lord first and above food! PRAISE GOD SISTER GWEN FOR LISTENING TO THE HOLY SPIRIT! I can’t afford the $99 dollars so I hope you don’t mind me getting my info and encouragement through your videos here on UA-cam. Amy Johnston

I've been following Gwen for years, and she makes the most sense out of every so called Health Guru and Fad diet out there. It's truly not about what you eat, but HOW MUCH you eat. With all of this information on nutrition, we are sicker than we have ever been. That's because we are missing the mark.

What do you do when, you have to go out to eat-a dinner or lunch date & your not growling? Do I not eat or eat half?
